A Visit with Santa

For the second year, we went to Richmond to see the Legendary Santa.  All three boys did great, except for Nathaniel throwing up on Santa's glove.  Ryan told Santa that he wanted a castle and a spyglass and a map.  Hopefully Santa will bring him everything he wants.

 

 

 

After visiting Santa, Ryan and Bel did their own shopping in the Fawn Shop.  Mommy and Aunt Cheech also shopped in the Fawn Shop when they were little girls.  It was a place only kids could go in to buy gifts for their family.

Ornament Hunt

On Saturday our association held the first ever ornament hunt.  It was like an Easter egg hunt, but for Christmas ornaments.  Ryan was with the 0-3 year olds and was the biggest kid in his group.  He was very excited to collect as many ornaments as he could get in his basket.

After he was finished, he went to talk to Santa.  He let him know he wants a castle and a Jake spy glass and treasure map.

The Preparations Have Begun

Mommy and Daddy (with the help of Ryan and Bel) started the Christmas prep by putting up decorations.  The outside is done, the tree is up and the Christmas cards are mailed.

For the first time, Ryan has his own tree in his room.  He picked out some new ornaments, selected some of Mommy and Daddy's ornaments and even got a Jake and the Neverland Pirates  tree topper.  To sit under the tree is an elf just like Ryan's Donald.  We are anticipating Donald to return some time next week from the North Pole.

 

Happy Thanksgiving

This year we celebrated Thanksgiving at home with Mammy, Peapooh and Bel.  Mammy and Mommy prepared a yummy meal and we all ate together.  Adam passed out at the dinner table shortly into the meal.

Exersaucer

Adam and Nathaniel are gettin so big.  They are now starting to enjoy their exersaucer.  Neither can quite reach the bottom with their feet, but they are grabbing at some of the toys.

Happy Halloween

This year Buzz Lightyear, a pumpkin and a panda took to the streets for trick or treats.  Buzz (aka Ryan) scored big with lots of candy.  He loved going to the different houses and saying trick or treat.  The panda (aka Adam) and the pumpkin (aka Nathaniel) just went along for the ride.

Hurricane Sandy

Sandy swept through Woodbridge with very little damage.  We experienced a lot of rain and some wind, but the worst it did was throw a lot of leaves around.  Ryan went out Tuesday morning with Daddy to assess the "damage".

Rice Cereal

Adam and Nathaniel tried rice cereal for the first time.  Both were confused at first looking at Mommy and wondering what she was shoving in their mouth.  Then they both decided they didn't like it.

Halloween Party

Ryan was invited to his friend Payton's annual Halloween party.  Mommy and Daddy took him and his brothers.  There was a jump jump, a pinata, tons of toys and some delicious food.  Ryan played so hard that he passed out almost as soon as he got in the car.
